If you change your mind..

All items, unless specifically stated otherwise are covered by our 14 day money-back guarantee.

Just return them to us in its original packaging, in an unused, saleable condition, within 14 days from date of receipt along with the returns docket you will receive with your goods and we will refund your item. The return of goods will be at your own expense.

For bulky items you may wish us to arrange collection from you. This will be charged at £10 per box for all UK mainland addresses. We use DHL who collect/deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday only. You will need to contact us by phone or email to arrange this.

If there is a fault with a product within the manufacturers guarantee period...

In the first instance please contact us by email or phone for us to establish the likely course of action.

If we can send a spare part to rectify a problem we will do so at no cost to yourself if it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault.

If your item needs repairing then it will need to be returned to us. If it is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If a manufacturing fault is determined then the item will be repaired/replaced free of charge and your postage refunded. If a manufacturing fault is not determined then we will contact you with a quote for repair before undertaking any work.

If the item is bulky and you wish us to arrange collection then a charge of £20 will be made for combined collection and re delivery. If once the item has been examined a manufacturing fault is determined then these charges will be refunded. It will be your responsibility to safely box your item for collection.

Refund Procedure

Once we have received the returned item/s we will initiate the refund, replacement, repair or exchange. If we have arranged the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to your method of payment.

Refunds due to the customer will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods by Youngsters World Ltd t/a Prams & Toys.
